  Emailed and called multiple times about rental properties. Couldn't get anyone to respond for 4 days. When I finally got an answer, I asked if they had any properties that fit our needs. The woman was rude and told me to look at the listings at the front door of their office, as if she didn't know what was available. When I arrived, she acted inconvenienced by my questions. I got a key code to 2 different homes. Both were beyond filthy. One had puddles of water pooled in the kitchen floor, along with trash throughout the home. The ad said fresh paint and refinished floors. The house had holes in the sheetrock, and the floors appeared to have just had stain poured on them. And the smell of pets was enough to make anyone sick. The second home was damp inside and had mold growing on the walls. The "new" carpet appeared to have been recycled carpet and smelled of mildew. If this is what the company considers move in ready and safe for a family, I cannot imagine the maintenance and rental experience being any better. First impressions are everything. And I honestly felt unsafe to have walked into such unsanitary conditions, especially with my daughter in tow.

  Excellent!! We have been renting from Keith Evans for almost 5 years now!! We have always received great customer service, they are always top notch at replacing/repairing any issues quickly, and they usually have a great variety of properties to select from. Give them a call if your interested in renting a commercial or residential property in the are!!
