  Bought a washer and dryer from them. Dryer is awesome, washer didn’t work on the first day. Called Home Depot and they told me to arrange pick up with he and they will replace, This was Friday night after 9 that I talked to them and I was under the misguided impression that the delivery service, GE and not Home Depot, was closed on the weekends. I called 8 am Monday morning, GE can’t take it back after 48 hours. They can’t get a service person to my house for 3 weeks. After not having a washer for a week, I didn’t buy one to not have one for a month. They told me to call Home Depot with the GE rep telling me that Home Depot should be able to take it back no problem. They will take it alright, with a 25% stocking fee. Why sell it in your store, with a display, if it is something that you don’t carry!?? This is ridiculous and terrible customer service. Spent over a grand in one trip and was going to spend another 3 next month for more appliances. I will not be going to Home Depot
