  Extremely bad service. Would never recommend. It shows a thumbs up. Should be a thumbs down down down. Way down!
  I put up with their shotty service for seven years which I now regret. And I didn't threaten them with my 22. I did threaten to get my 22 if they didn't get out of my house. And I didn't throw the paint at the van. I threw it out in the yard because I didn't want their stupid paint. I'm just glad I don't have to deal with them anymore. I felt immediate relief when whoever Bobby is said they were terminating my service contract with them. Plus if their service tech hadn't of messed up something that had nothing to do with servicing the unit none of this would have happened. I was never even told why he was filing down anything in the return unit. He messed up a piece of metal and the other tech couldn't make it fit right so it still looks crappy. So now I have to live with a piece of crappy looking mess.
