  We're moving across country and furnishing our new apartment. Since we're purchasing all our furniture new, we spent weeks trying to figure out where we can have everything shipped so it's there when we get the keys.
  
  Then I found CubeSmart. From first contact, Pam had been wonderful. Our situation is unusual since we weren't going to physically be there to sign everything. Pam went over all our options and, in the end, was willing to let us sign everything via fax, and send in confirmation of identity.
  
  Now when I say that I ordered furniture, I mean that I ordered EVERYTHING, and it's all come separately. Pam's been super communicative and accommodating, even declining my offer to send a friend to carry items to my unit so she didn't have to. She's consistently gone way above and beyond what I would have expected from anyone.
  
  If your looking for a unit (with or without package delivery), you can't go wrong with these guys. There are certainly cheaper units in the area, but you'd be hard pressed to find better customer service!
